1. Venue Details

2. Payment Terms

3. Cancellation Policy
If the Client decides to cancel the event, the following conditions will apply:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event are subject to a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 60 and 90 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
The Venue Provider agrees to:
- Provide a clean and safe environment for the event.
- Coordinate with the Client regarding setup and logistics.
- Ensure staff is available on the day of the event.
The Client agrees to:
- Adhere to the venue’s rules and regulations.
- Provide necessary permits if applicable.
- Ensure timely payment as outlined in Section 2.
5. Indemnification
Both the Venue Provider and the Client agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims arising from their respective actions or negligence during the event.
